1 in 3 women worldwide have experienced domestic or sexual abuse.

Every 6 days in Canada, a woman is killed by her partner or spouse.

Cases of domestic violence have increased during the pandemic.

What can you do? You can help to shed light on the issue of domestic violence. You can show your support for people suffering in silence. You can join us in a Gender Based Violence Awareness Walk Saturday November 27th.

Weather permitting we hope to place small red silhouettes  along the trail from the Bike and Bean to Paula’s Purple bench.
