Puddle Bridge is in place!!!

The structure for the new puddle bridge was placed early this morning. Work began earlier than expected due to predicted gusting wind later in the morning.

All went in without any issues and the bridge looks amazing!!

Our contractor will start the decking tomorrow, with the deck work expected to continue through next week. Next comes the groundwork, placing the picnic shelter back on the water side and repairing the trail on both sides before it will be open to the public.

The end of next week will be a big change and we will have a better timeline of when this trail section can reopen.
